This role supports overseas travel operations for personnel working on U.S. government and defense-related contracts.You will coordinate travel requirements while ensuring compliance with federal regulations, Department of Defense policies, SOFA requirements, and applicable travel rules.The position combines travel coordination, compliance monitoring, documentation management, and operational support.You will work closely with program leadership, travelers, government entities, and international business stakeholders.Attention to detail is essential, as the role involves managing passports, visas, authorizations, clearances, travel records, and deployment documentation.The position also contributes to audits, policy updates, training, standard operating procedures, and process improvements.This is a fully remote opportunity suited to an organized, proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
