Occupational Therapist Coach

This role includes teaching core clinical skills in patient care, treatment planning, rehabilitation techniques, and adaptive equipment training, as well as guiding students through certification requirements needed to practice. Coaches also support the job search side of breaking into the career, including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy to help candidates land their first role and build connections in the field.
