This role provides strategic leadership and enterprise-wide oversight for a comprehensive Occupational Health service line.You’ll shape the vision, governance, clinical standards, and performance expectations that support workforce health and safety.The position combines clinical quality, operational leadership, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and client satisfaction.You’ll develop scalable programs that integrate with primary care while helping employers improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare and productivity costs.The role works closely with senior leaders, clinical teams, clients, business development partners, and external stakeholders.You’ll lead service-line growth, workforce planning, quality improvement, measurement, training, and continuous operational enhancement.This is a remote leadership opportunity for an experienced healthcare operator who can translate strategy into measurable results.
