New Business Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a New Business Director based in Netherlands. This senior leadership role will own the launch and continued growth of a financial services operation in the Netherlands. You will serve as the central point of contact across strategic partners, prospective clients, regulators, vendors and external advisors. The position combines business development, strategic partnerships, market launch execution and new business initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Data and Finance to deliver market objectives. Once launched, you will remain accountable for partner growth, profitability, performance metrics and operational development. The role offers significant autonomy in a fast-moving fintech environment where strategy and execution are closely connected. You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer while working with senior stakeholders across Europe and Latin America.
