Network Security Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Network Security Consultant based in Canada. This senior-level consulting role focuses on strengthening enterprise network security across on-premises and hybrid-cloud environments. You’ll provide expertise in network security governance, architecture, design, and operational oversight, with a strong emphasis on Cisco security technologies, firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS, segmentation, zoning, and Zero Trust. The role combines hands-on technical investigation with architecture guidance, security governance, incident response, and risk management. You’ll work closely with infrastructure, security, architecture, and other cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement resilient security controls. You’ll also contribute to Azure security initiatives, penetration testing, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
