Network Engineer - Network Management Systems (NMS)

Our partner is looking for a Network Engineer - Network Management Systems (NMS) based in United States. This role supports the design, development, deployment, and operation of network management systems for a large-scale enterprise environment. You will help maintain and evolve monitoring and performance-management tools supporting a WAN with more than 5,000 network devices. The position combines engineering, operations, troubleshooting, system integration, and technical documentation. You will work closely with customers, operations teams, engineering groups, and technology vendors to ensure monitoring capabilities evolve with network requirements. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to restore critical monitoring and reporting services when issues arise. You will also contribute to architecture decisions, tool customization, automation, and integration across complex infrastructure. This is a remote position, with preference for candidates in the National Capital Region who can travel onsite when necessary.
