This role is focused on delivering highly personalized business travel support to a portfolio of clients.You will build trusted relationships while providing expert guidance across air, rail, hotel, car rental, ferry, black car, and charter bookings.The position combines high-touch customer service with consultative travel expertise and a strong focus on cost efficiency.You will use GDS platforms, online and offline booking tools, and travel technology to create effective solutions tailored to each client.You will proactively identify savings, improve policy compliance, and enhance the traveler experience throughout the full journey.Success requires exceptional attention to detail, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.You will also collaborate with colleagues across international markets while contributing to quality, service, and operational excellence.
