National Access Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a National Access Director based in United States. This role plays a critical part in preparing for the launch and potential urgent access of an investigational advanced cell therapy. You will lead market access engagement with national and regional payers across Commercial, Medicare, and VA segments. The position also partners closely with treatment centers and financial stakeholders to support reimbursement readiness, coverage decisions, prior authorizations, and single-case agreements. You will serve as a field expert on market access, reimbursement, trade policy, and patient assistance programs. Working cross-functionally in a fast-growing environment, you will help translate complex access requirements into practical pathways for patients and providers. This is an opportunity to influence the launch of an innovative therapy while addressing significant unmet needs for patients with life-threatening disease.
