This role provides centralized leadership and coordination for Mobile Training Team activities supporting Counter-sUAS training operations and a Joint C-UAS University. You will oversee scheduling, resource coordination, and deconfliction across multiple Department of War sites. The position plays a critical role in ensuring training events are properly staffed, equipped, and aligned with operational priorities. You will work closely with instructors, training leadership, curriculum specialists, and operational stakeholders. The role combines strategic coordination with hands-on management of complex, concurrent training requirements. Your work will directly contribute to operator readiness, mission effectiveness, and the successful delivery of standardized C-sUAS instruction.
