MQ (Medical Quality) Complaint Management Specialist

Our partner is looking for a MQ (Medical Quality) Complaint Management Specialist based in United States. This role supports the accurate, timely, and compliant management of escalated medical quality complaint files in a regulated healthcare environment. You will review complaint records, identify missing information, and work with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and document the required details. The position combines complaint management, data analysis, reporting, process oversight, and employee training. You will serve as a key resource for MQ processes, systems, workflows, and requirements while partnering with Field Service, Technical Support, Quality, and other teams. The role involves managing a high-volume workload while maintaining exceptional accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. You will also contribute to process improvements, system implementations, and consistent quality standards across the team.
