This is a part-time, commission-based opportunity focused on originating residential mortgage loans and supporting loan production.The role combines consultative sales, borrower guidance, financial document review, and close coordination with processing and underwriting teams.You will work directly with prospective borrowers to understand their needs and identify suitable mortgage solutions.Success in this position requires strong relationship-building skills, organization, follow-through, and attention to lending requirements.The role is designed for someone comfortable working independently and spending significant time conducting sales activities outside the employer’s place of business.You will contribute to a smooth customer journey from initial application through processing and closing while maintaining compliance and quality standards.This opportunity is particularly suited to professionals with mortgage or financial services experience and an active NMLS license.
