This remote role is responsible for ensuring newly originated and transferred mortgage loans are accurately established within the servicing environment.You’ll play a key role in protecting data integrity and creating a seamless transition from loan origination to ongoing servicing.The position combines detailed document review, system data entry, quality control, and issue resolution.You’ll work closely with mortgage origination, closing, accounting, and servicing teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.The role also supports HELOC boarding, regulatory compliance, investor requirements, and servicing quality standards.Success requires strong attention to detail, mortgage servicing knowledge, and the ability to investigate and resolve data exceptions efficiently.It’s an opportunity to contribute directly to service quality and operational accuracy in a collaborative, member-focused environment.
