The Mopar Express Lane, Traveling Dealer Consultant is a field-based role focused on strengthening service operations across assigned automotive dealerships.You’ll install, train, coach, and expand Express Lane programs while helping dealership teams improve processes and performance.The role combines hands-on automotive expertise with training, consulting, relationship management, and performance analysis.You’ll work directly with dealership personnel, leadership, ownership, corporate teams, and other stakeholders to drive program adoption and growth.Success requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to translate program standards into practical dealership processes.This is a highly mobile position supporting dealerships throughout the New England region, with travel representing the majority of the role.The ideal candidate is confident in front of groups, comfortable working independently, and motivated by measurable operational improvement.
