Mockup Design Team Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mockup Design Team Manager based in Spain. Lead a growing 3D design operation responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support e-commerce performance and merchant success.You’ll manage three Design Team Leads and a wider team of thirteen 3D designers, combining people leadership with operational strategy.Your focus will be on turning the design production engine into a more efficient, scalable, and technology-enabled function.You’ll identify bottlenecks, simplify workflows, and introduce practical automation and AI tools that reduce repetitive work.The role connects creative production with data, customer behavior, capacity planning, and broader platform growth objectives.You’ll have significant influence over how the team works, prioritizes resources, and delivers visual assets that support conversion and reduce reprints.This is an opportunity to shape a collaborative, high-performing design organization within a fast-paced global e-commerce environment.
