The Mobilization Associate will help coordinate distributed grassroots mobilization programs across planned campaigns and rapid-response efforts.You’ll support grassroots hosts and leaders by providing practical resources, training, and day-to-day guidance.The role combines program coordination, coalition support, communications, and event-focused mobilization work.You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to keep initiatives organized and moving forward.Success requires staying calm and adaptable when priorities shift quickly and multiple programs are active at once.This is an opportunity to contribute to large-scale organizing efforts while developing valuable skills in mobilization and campaign operations.The position is full-time and short-term, with occasional travel possible to support organizational priorities.
