Mobile Application Engineering Manager

This is a senior engineering leadership role focused on building reliable, mission-critical mobile applications that support first responders.You will lead and grow a team of mobile engineers while providing technical direction across iOS, Android, and hybrid mobile technologies.The role combines hands-on technical expertise with people management, architecture, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration.You will partner closely with Product and other stakeholders to translate customer needs into a clear development roadmap and high-quality releases.A key focus will be building scalable, secure, offline-first mobile experiences where reliability and performance are essential.You will also establish engineering best practices, mentor technical talent, and guide strategic decisions around native versus cross-platform development.This fully remote opportunity is designed for an experienced engineering leader who wants to make a meaningful impact through technology.
