Middle FP&A Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Middle FP&A Analyst based in Portugal. As a Middle FP&A Analyst, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of financial reporting and business-facing analytics across a significant part of the organization. You’ll work closely with Finance, Sales, Delivery, and Accounting teams to turn financial data into actionable business insights. Your analysis will directly support C-level decision-making, giving you strong visibility into the impact of your work. You’ll lead budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles while continuously improving reporting and financial processes. The role combines hands-on financial modeling with day-to-day commercial analysis and risk identification. You’ll join a collaborative, remote-first environment where ownership, automation, and knowledge-sharing are strongly encouraged.
