Middle Affiliate Manager (AI Product)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager (AI Product) based in Spain. This is an opportunity to manage and scale affiliate partnerships for an AI-focused digital product in a global, remote environment. You will own day-to-day partner relationships across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models, helping turn affiliate traffic into measurable business growth. The role combines partner management, performance optimization, tracking, and analytical reporting. You will work closely with Business Development to launch new partnerships and improve existing programs. Strong technical literacy will be important for managing attribution, postbacks, pixels, and tracking quality. You will also contribute market intelligence by monitoring competitors and identifying relevant opportunities. The position is well suited to an analytical, commercially minded affiliate professional who enjoys working with international partners.
