Mid-Sr Designer, Global Navigation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-Sr Designer, Global Navigation based in Canada. The Mid-Sr Designer will shape global navigation and search experiences across a complex, enterprise-scale digital ecosystem.You’ll move fluidly between design initiatives, responding to evolving priorities while maintaining a consistently high level of craft.The role combines visual design, interaction design, UX problem-solving, and systems thinking to improve key user journeys.You’ll collaborate closely with design, product, engineering, and design-system teams to create cohesive and scalable experiences.Your work will help establish reusable navigation and search patterns that can be applied consistently across digital products.The environment values adaptability, autonomy, collaboration, and the ability to quickly build context in ambiguous situations.This is an opportunity for a thoughtful designer to make a meaningful impact on high-visibility experiences while contributing directly to a mature design system.
