We’re looking for a Mid Market Team Lead to join our Dubai team. In this role, you’ll help us grow and support our mid-market restaurant partners—from local gems to national chains—by leading a high-performing team of consultants who use data to drive partner success.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll be joining the Account Management team. We are restaurant consultants who use data-driven analytics and industry knowledge to provide best-in-class support and strategic value to our partners.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Lead and Coach: Manage and develop a team of Account Managers, setting clear priorities and performance expectations to help them reach their full potential.
- Segment Strategy: Define and own the growth strategy for the Mid Market segment, identifying risks and opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Commercial Negotiation: Get hands-on with top-tier or complex partner negotiations, ensuring we secure the best outcomes for both Deliveroo and our partners.
- Drive Tool Adoption: Empower your team to sell and implement Deliveroo’s suite of tools and features to help partners optimise their business.
- Operational Excellence: Drive consistency across your portfolio through regular performance reviews and the scaling of best practices across the team.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE
Essential
- Leadership Experience: Significant experience in a commercial role, including a proven track record of managing and developing complex teams.
- Market Expertise: A strong understanding of restaurant marketplace dynamics and the drivers that lead to partner growth.
- Commercial Acumen: A sharp commercial mindset with the ability to guide high-level negotiations and strategic growth discussions.
- Data-Led Decision Making: A highly analytical approach to performance management, using data to inform segment-wide decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners at all levels.
Nice to Have
- Experience operating within the UAE or Middle East restaurant and food-tech landscape.
- A background in scaling sales or account management processes in a high-growth environment.
