Microsoft 365 Organizational Change Management Consultant

Our partner is looking for a Microsoft 365 Organizational Change Management Consultant based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to help organizations successfully navigate major digital transformation and technology adoption initiatives. You’ll guide customers through organizational change programs centered on Microsoft 365 and emerging technologies such as Copilot. Working across end-users, leaders, IT teams, and project stakeholders, you’ll design practical strategies that make technology adoption effective, engaging, and sustainable. You’ll lead discovery, research, communications, training, champion programs, measurement, and continuous improvement throughout the transformation journey. The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on execution in a collaborative environment alongside experienced OCM, technical, learning, and project management professionals.
