Membership Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Membership Specialist based in the United States. As a Membership Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, supportive experience for members navigating digital healthcare services. You’ll manage membership-related questions through email and Slack, helping resolve account, billing, and access issues with speed and care. The role is highly member-focused and requires empathy, strong judgment, and excellent written communication. You’ll regularly support people who may be dealing with sensitive or frustrating situations, making calm and thoughtful communication essential. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to solve more complex issues and identify recurring trends.
