Member of Trading Operations

This role supports institutional clients across the post-trade lifecycle of digital asset activity.You will oversee timely settlements, reconciliations, cash positioning, inventory management, and operational risk mitigation across crypto and traditional financial assets.The position combines financial operations expertise with hands-on work across blockchain networks, trading platforms, custodians, banks, and internal systems.You’ll partner closely with Trading, Engineering, Product, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and other teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.The environment is fast-moving, requiring sound judgment, strong prioritization, and the ability to adapt as products, regulations, and business strategies evolve.You’ll also contribute to process improvements, operational projects, and the development of scalable trading and settlement practices.This is an opportunity to help strengthen the operational infrastructure supporting institutional participation in the evolvi...
