Member of Technical Staff

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Member of Technical Staff based in India. This role offers the opportunity to join an Engineering Operations team focused on maintaining, improving, and expanding critical engineering applications. You will take primary responsibility for GitLab while also supporting other development and collaboration platforms used by engineering teams. The position combines application administration, technical support, automation, infrastructure collaboration, and software engineering practices. You will work directly with internal customers to resolve issues, improve application capabilities, and contribute to global infrastructure and development initiatives. The role also provides opportunities to guide junior team members and contribute to technical and design reviews. This is a fully remote position supporting teams in the United States and requires working on a Pacific Time Zone schedule.
