ABOUT THE ROLE This is a founding engineer opportunity at an early-stage AI infrastructure startup building the backbone for AI-native service businesses. You will help define the technical foundation of a platform where AI workers execute tasks and human operators orchestrate at scale. Your work will directly shape the architecture, culture, and trajectory of the engineering team. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and build core infrastructure that enables AI agents to reliably execute complex, real-world service workflows. - Make foundational architectural decisions that will influence the system for years to come. - Collaborate closely with the founder to translate product vision into robust, scalable engineering. - Establish engineering practices, tooling, and standards as one of the earliest technical hires. - Iterate rapidly on systems that sit at the intersection of AI orchestration and operational reliability.
