Member of Technical Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE Join an engineering team building software for complex, document-intensive workflows. You will own important product work across backend services, AI integrations, and user-facing features, helping make those workflows reliable and practical. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build reliable APIs, backend services, and document processing workflows for research, drafting, review, and completed work. - Deliver product features from technical design through release and iteration, collaborating with engineers and domain experts. - Integrate AI capabilities into production workflows with a focus on quality, speed, and dependable behavior. - Improve interfaces for complex document tasks and collaborate across the stack. - Translate user needs into engineering plans and communicate technical tradeoffs. - Improve performance, investigate production issues, and strengthen testing, monitoring, and code quality. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Three to ten years of relevant experience, including shipping and maintaining production web applications or services. - Strong programming skills in a modern language such as Python or TypeScript, with sound software design fundamentals. - Experience building A...
