This is a hands-on operations role supporting member communications across email, SMS, direct mail, and other campaign channels.You’ll help launch, maintain, and improve campaigns while ensuring every detail is accurate, compliant, and ready for delivery.The role combines campaign execution, quality assurance, project coordination, and process improvement in a fast-moving environment.You’ll work across interconnected systems and collaborate with marketing, data, implementation, and other cross-functional partners.You’ll take independent ownership of assigned workflows while providing flexible coverage as team priorities and volumes change.Success requires curiosity, strong organization, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve issues before they affect a launch.This is an opportunity to build scalable operational practices while contributing to communications that support members throughout their care journey.
