Member Experience Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Member Experience Lead based in Canada. This is a founding-level opportunity to shape the experience of an exclusive network of accomplished agency founders and business leaders.You will become a trusted point of contact for members, learning their businesses, priorities, challenges, and goals.Your work will turn those insights into meaningful introductions, thoughtful group placements, and proactive engagement.You will also build the systems and processes that make a high-touch member experience consistent as the network grows.The role combines relationship building, community operations, communication, data tracking, and business judgment.You will work closely with senior leadership and the facilitation team in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where your ideas can directly influence how the community operates.This is a fully remote role for someone who enjoys both exceptional conversations and building the systems that make them scalable.
