This full-time role supports a medical management team by coordinating Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and related appointments.You’ll manage cases from assignment through successful scheduling, ensuring each appointment is handled accurately and efficiently.The position requires frequent communication with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.You’ll balance multiple cases and competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through.The role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to smooth, timely healthcare administration and case coordination.You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where reliability, ownership, and professional communication are essential.The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a starting rate of $17 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
