Our partner is looking for a Medical Coder (Edit and Charge Review Focus) based in the United States. This fully remote role focuses on ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient charge capture across obstetric and gynecological services.You will review clinician-entered charge suggestions, resolve coding edits, and validate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding.The position plays an important role in supporting revenue cycle accuracy while maintaining high standards of documentation and regulatory compliance.Rather than routine chart abstraction, the role emphasizes coding validation, edit resolution, and identifying discrepancies or improvement opportunities.You will work in a high-volume environment requiring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and independent problem-solving.The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven healthcare environment while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams.Candidates based on the East Coast or in the South Carolina Upstate region are strongly preferred.
