Master Tech Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Master Tech Recruiter based in Brazil. This is a senior Talent Acquisition role combining strategic recruiting, technical expertise, and stakeholder management. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping define talent profiles, sourcing strategies, and hiring decisions across complex technology positions. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on specialized, strategic, executive, and high-volume hiring. You will operate in a Staff Augmentation environment where speed, market knowledge, and client interaction are essential. As a technical reference for other recruiters, you will help strengthen team capabilities and establish effective recruiting practices. The position also offers the opportunity to use data, automation, and AI-driven tools to improve talent acquisition processes and outcomes.
