Master AI Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Master AI Developer based in Brazil. This is a high-impact engineering role for a seasoned developer who sees AI as a catalyst for transforming how software is designed, built, and delivered. You will lead a dedicated engineering cell responsible for the full lifecycle of AI-enabled features, from refining business requirements to architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring. The role combines full-stack engineering with advanced AI development, agent orchestration, automation, and cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with international clients and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. A strong focus on experimentation and continuous improvement will allow you to introduce new tools and approaches that increase productivity.
