Our partner is looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant: Production & AI Operations based in Canada. This is a full-time, remote opportunity supporting the production engine of a growing marketing agency.You’ll transform approved strategies and creative direction into polished, accurate, ready-to-publish content.The role combines marketing production, AI-assisted workflows, quality control, and operational coordination.You’ll initially focus on podcast and YouTube production, then progressively expand into short-form video, Canva, social publishing, and local marketing.Success requires strong attention to detail, technical curiosity, and the ability to follow structured SOPs with increasing independence.You’ll work across multiple clients, platforms, brands, and content libraries in a highly systemized environment.The position offers an opportunity to become a trusted part of a scalable production function while helping recover valuable leadership capacity.
