PMR Healthcare (PMR) is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a marketing professional with strong creative direction and a proven track record in campaign management and/or content creation. This is your chance to make a direct impact on the growth and success of the company!

As a key player on our Marketing team, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Administration, coordinating with team members from other departments and external vendors as needed. You’ll have the flexibility to lead projects across various channels, including both B2B and B2C marketing.

• Corporate (B2B) Marketing:
  • Campaign design, planning, and implementation
  • Graphic and visual design for new corporate content
  • Coordination with the sales team for collateral creation (brochures, presentations, etc.)
  • Web marketing, social media management/creation, SEO improvement, etc.
  • Coordination with the operations team to support client relationship management when needed
  • Proposal creation
  • Report design & creation
  • Trade fair/conference attendance and promotion
  • Market research and analysis
• Patient (B2C) Marketing:
  • Patient engagement program content creation
  • Scripting support
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Website planning and coordination
  • PMR clinic program support
  • Active research

Position Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively across platforms.

• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite

• Organized with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once.
