Job Summary As a Screening Team Lead, you will be a valuable member of the Toptal Talent Screening team, managing the Digital Marketing Screening team. In addition to managing Screeners, you will plan and execute new screening initiatives, analyze team and Screener metrics, and work with multiple internal teams within Toptal, as well as with other Screening Team Leads in order to implement new requirements that will help us better evaluate Toptal talent.
