Xometry is looking for a Marketing & Operations Associate to join our marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to directly support our core mission by helping our network of thousands of manufacturers succeed. You'll be a key part of the team responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining with our manufacturing partners through a wide range of marketing activities.
You'll report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with a cross-functional team of marketing and operations experts. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for executing effective marketing campaigns and driving impact, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Partner & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with key vendors
Track inventory levels, perform forecasting, and coordinate reorders as needed.
Maintain vendor communications, monitor redemption and promotion data, and ensure accurate reporting.
Email & Marketing Operations
Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and partner newsletters in collaboration with the content team.
Provide input on content topics, review drafts, and ensure communications are accurate, clear, and aligned with partner needs.
Manage marketing operations tasks related to campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand partner business needs and create marketing initiatives that drive engagement and growth.
Coordinate with the content team, operations, and other marketing functions to deliver consistent partner communications.
Performance & Process Management
Monitor and track marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
Help maintain marketing budgets, vendor invoices, and operational workflows.
Support process improvements that make partner marketing activities more efficient and impactful.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 2β4 years of experience in marketing operations, partner marketing, or a similar role.
Education: Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Communication: Strong English writing and editing skills; able to simplify technical or complex information.
Organization: Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Initiative: Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Collaboration: Team player who enjoys cross-functional work and building relationships.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace/MS Office; familiarity with HubSpot or other email marketing platforms is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop)
Video editing or visual content experience
Exposure to vendor management or operational coordination
