Marketing Financial Manager

This is a high-impact finance leadership role supporting a global Marketing organization and its multi-million-dollar operating budget.You will own end-to-end budget management, forecasting, financial modeling, and spend optimization across multiple Marketing functions.The role combines strategic financial partnership with hands-on operational ownership of headcount, program spend, purchase orders, and accruals.You will work closely with senior Marketing leaders to improve budget accountability, prioritize investments, and redirect resources toward high-value initiatives.You will also evaluate marketing performance and investment returns, translating business metrics into actionable financial insights.A key part of the role is modernizing FP&A processes through automation, analytics, and enterprise financial technology.This remote-first position offers the opportunity to influence major business decisions within a fast-moving technology environment.
