Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business

objectives.

Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure marketing efforts support sales and

revenue goals.

Brand Management

Enhance and maintain the company's brand positioning within our sector.

Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all communication

channels.

Demand Generation:

Plan and implement targeted B2B marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

Work closely with the sales team to drive demand through effective lead nurturing

programs.

Content Development:

Oversee the creation of compelling B2B-focused content, including whitepapers, case

studies, and thought leadership pieces.

Manage collaboration with subject matter experts to develop content that resonates

with our target audience.

Digital Marketing:

Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media

campaigns.

Utilize analytics to optimize digital marketing strategies and improve online visibility.

Industry Research:

Work with senior leadership to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and

customer needs.

Use insights to guide marketing strategies and positioning.

Collaboration with Sales:

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with the B2B sales cycle.

Provide sales enablement tools and materials to support the sales team's efforts.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring a strong return on

investment.

Track and report on the budget utilization for marketing initiatives.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of B2B

marketing campaigns.

Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

 Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

A Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track

record of leading successful teams.

Some experience in the IT services or cybersecurity industry is preferred.

Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and buyer's journey.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful B2B marketing strategies.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including analytics.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.
