Marketing Designer, Performance Creative (Contractor)

Our partner is looking for a Marketing Designer, Performance Creative (Contractor) based in United States. This is an opportunity to shape how a fast-growing consumer entertainment product is discovered across digital channels. You’ll translate a distinctive brand identity into high-performing paid social creative across static and motion formats. Working closely with performance marketing, you’ll use audience insights, channel data, and experimentation to continuously improve creative performance. You’ll own the creative pipeline from concept through production, iteration, and optimization. The role combines strong design craft with a performance mindset and encourages thoughtful use of AI-assisted creative tools. You’ll also help develop scalable workflows that increase creative output while maintaining a consistent, recognizable brand experience.
