About the Role We are hiring a senior-level Marketing Automation Manager to lead the execution and optimization of global marketing automation programs for a fast-growing B2B organization. This role is hands-on and operational, with responsibility for managing Marketing campaigns, maintaining data quality, and driving measurable improvements in pipeline performance. You will partner closely with marketing, digital, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, systems run efficiently, and automation strategies scale across regions. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable owning complex workflows in a high-growth environment.
