About the Role
10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable marketing automation specialists based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered marketing systems.

What You Will Do

- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to marketing automation workflows, campaign set-up, execution, and the practical aspects of marketing operations

- Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with industry standards

- Draft realistic marketing automation scenarios based on your direct professional experience

- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. automation specialist, campaign manager, client, or business leader)

- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated marketing automation content

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects authentic marketing automation reasoning, business strategies, and practical processes. Rather than conducting traditional automation work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about marketing automation at scale.

Who You Are

- A senior-level marketing automation specialist or strategist with significant professional experience within the EU or UK

- Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing marketing automation strategies, platforms, and campaigns

- Skilled at evaluating content, processes, and compliance within marketing automation

- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback

- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
