Marketing and Communications Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager based in Canada. This role provides strategic leadership across marketing, communications, branding, digital engagement, and public awareness initiatives for a mission-driven organization. You’ll lead the development and execution of an organization-wide communications strategy that supports advocacy goals, strategic priorities, and public engagement. As a subject matter expert, you’ll advise senior leadership and collaborate with teams across the organization to translate priorities into compelling, culturally grounded communications. You’ll oversee integrated campaigns, storytelling, social media, digital content, and brand consistency across multiple audiences and channels. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership, team management, relationship building, and performance evaluation. It offers an opportunity to strengthen organizational visibility and contribute to positive change for Indigenous women, girls, families, and communities across Ontario.
