ABOUT THE ROLE Hi, I'm Kas Pawa https://www.linkedin.com/in/kasmirapawa/, VP Insights & Ops here at Jane. I lead several cross-functional initiatives at Jane, including our Market Owner team. This team is all about keeping the customer at the center of everything we do. The Market Owner acts as a General Manager for a specific customer segment, deeply knowing the ins and outs of the customer experience and internally advocating for their customers across Jane’s functions to ensure we are bringing the best of Jane to every customer. Each Market Owner is the internal champion for their segment: obsessively tracking the metrics that matter, building deep customer understanding, and driving a coordinated strategy across our Customer, Marketing, and Product teams to improve outcomes in their market. They connect the dots across time horizons, from what's happening with customers right now, to how we show up in market over the next six months, to what we need to build over the next year. Manual Therapy (including physical therapy, massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, and related disciplines) and Mental Health represent two of Jane's largest and most important segments.
