You’ll manage the recruitment journey from sourcing and initial engagement through interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding. The position combines healthcare recruiting expertise with relationship management, market knowledge, and strategic sourcing. You’ll work closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, Medical Directors, operational leaders, and client stakeholders to address staffing needs. Your ability to understand provider qualifications and local market dynamics will directly support practice stability and clinical effectiveness. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where organization, communication, creativity, and follow-through are essential.
