This role leads clinical quality analytics engagements that help healthcare organizations make better decisions around cost, quality, utilization, and provider performance. You will oversee qualitative and quantitative workstreams using complex claims and healthcare data to uncover actionable insights. The position combines hands-on analytics, healthcare subject-matter expertise, client relationship management, and team leadership. You will translate sophisticated analyses into practical recommendations and executive-ready presentations for senior stakeholders. The role also offers the opportunity to design scalable data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions across value-based care and clinical quality programs.
