As Manager, Workforce & Organizational Transformation, you will lead a multidisciplinary team supporting workforce management, organizational transformation, training, communications, and Real Property initiatives.You will translate government priorities into actionable plans while coordinating people, resources, timelines, risks, and deliverables.The role combines hands-on team leadership with program and stakeholder management across complex federal environments.You will contribute to workforce planning, organizational design, change management, process improvement, and audit readiness initiatives.You will also oversee training programs, executive communications, performance reporting, and Real Property accountability efforts.Success in this position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a mission-focused environment.This is a remote opportunity requiring an active Secret clearance.
