Manager, Supply Chain

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Supply Chain based in the United States. This is a hands-on supply chain leadership role focused on scaling a high-volume, on-demand manufacturing and fulfillment network.You will oversee external manufacturing partners, strengthen vendor performance, and ensure products are delivered on time and to a high quality standard.The role combines strategic capacity planning with day-to-day operational execution across a seasonal e-commerce environment.You will use data, forecasting, and modeling to optimize costs, capacity, routing, and fulfillment efficiency while supporting continued growth.Working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Operations, and executive stakeholders, you will turn operational challenges into scalable solutions.You’ll also have the opportunity to introduce automation and AI-enabled processes that reduce manual work and improve supply chain performance.This position is ideal for an analytical, collaborative operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving complex supply chain problems.
