Manager, Statistical Programming

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Statistical Programming based in India. This role offers the opportunity to lead statistical programming activities supporting clinical development and regulatory submissions. You will apply advanced SAS and R programming expertise across clinical studies, with a strong focus on CDISC-compliant SDTM and ADaM datasets. The position combines hands-on programming with technical oversight, quality assurance, and guidance for other programmers. You will work closely with Biostatistics, Data Management, Clinical, and other cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely outputs. The role also provides opportunities to improve programming processes, develop reusable tools, and strengthen standards across projects. You will operate in a fast-paced, international clinical development environment where attention to detail and collaboration are essential.
