Location: India Zapier is looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager, Sales-Assist to join the Sales and Customer Success org at Zapier. The Sales-Assist team serves our core customer segment as they evaluate and buy Zapier’s products, acting as a dedicated sales point of contact primarily through Live Chat and secondarily through Calls and Email. Today, this team supports an inbound sales motion, proactively engages existing customers based on product signals to drive expansion, and focuses largely on faster sales-cycle opportunities.
