You will shape the Fellowship’s brand positioning, strengthen its visibility among purpose-driven young people, and drive high-quality applicant pipelines. The role combines brand strategy, digital marketing, storytelling, social media, campaign management, and performance analytics. You will work closely with program, partnerships, alumni, Fellows, and leadership teams to amplify the Fellowship’s reach and impact. A key focus will be leveraging AI-enabled marketing, automation, and data insights to improve personalization, efficiency, and conversion.
